1. Has full authority over organization settings.

3. Can change passwords and delete accounts.

1. Added by Super Admins to manage department-specific users and documents.
2. Can invite, edit, or remove users within their allocated department.
3. Can change passwords.

3. Members:

1. Can only view their own documents.
